The DIY SOS Team have long been supporting worthwhile causes and transforming the lives of people and communities all over the UK. Having previously supported DIY SOS back in 2013, Smiths couldn’t wait to get involved again, donating a range of equipment & small tools.

For the second consecutive year, Smiths Hire were proud to sponsor the Warden Construction charity football tournament held at Play Football in Preston.

Alongside Smiths’ Annual Golf Event we attended the Great Eccleston Show over the weekend of the 16-17th July. Situated at The Showground on the A586 in the picturesque village of Great Eccleston, the annual event showcases the very best of British agriculture.

Friday 14th July saw the annual Smiths Hire Golf Event take place around Herons Reach Golf Course at the Village Hotel, Blackpool. Of course, months of planning on the part of the Smiths Marketing and Sales teams couldn’t control one aspect, the great British summer!
