Join our friendly progressive family business at an exciting time of growth. We are looking for an experienced customer sales supervisor to join our newly open sales office in our newly open Trafford Park depot.

We’re currently in a period of expansion across the business and have a fantastic opportunity for a driven, enthusiastic in-house customer sales supervisor.

Working within the Central Hires Team, located in our Trafford Park Flagship depot, where you will be responsible for both supervising your team whilst also dealing with hire enquiries yourself, whilst liaising with depots and our head office colleagues.

Can you handle being on the frontline where no day is the same, handling hire enquiries by phone and online. We generate the hire leads via our first-class service reputation by phone and via online enquiry, then it’s down to you and the depots team to handle the customer needs through to order completion and hire booking.

Customer Sales Supervisor Overview:

  • Reporting directly to the Sales Manager at head office via zoom and in person when required.
  • Previous tool Hire experience essential.
  • Previous experience in a senior supervisor role.
  • No hard sell just handling inbound calls from customers who want to work with us.

What will the Customer Sales Supervisor role involve:

  • Day to day time management and supervision of the customer service advice team.
  • Understanding of workflow management.
  • Responsibility to manage and improve on conversions.
  • Dealing with customer hire sales enquiries in a fast-paced, target driven environment.
  • Up-selling relevant Hire products and Training services.
  • Generating Hire contracts and arranging equipment to be delivered to site via depot.
  • Updating account files on our in-house systems.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with our customers.

To be successful on this role you will need to be customer service orientated and have experience within the hire industry.
