Join our friendly progressive family business at an exciting time of growth. We are looking for an experienced inbound sales advisor to join our newly open sales office in our newly open Trafford Park depot.

We’re currently in a period of ambitious expansion across the business, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic inbound Customer Sales Advisor

Working within the Central Hires Team, located in our Trafford Park Flagship depot, where you will be responsible for dealing with hire enquiries, whilst liaising with depots and our head office colleagues.

Can you handle being on the frontline where no day is the same, handling hire enquiries by phone and online. We generate the hire leads via our first-class service reputation by phone and via online enquiry, then it’s down to you and the depots team to handle the customer needs through to order completion and hire booking.

Inbound Sales Advisor Overview:

  • Previous Tool Hire experience/knowledge is essential.
  • No hard sell just handling inbound calls from customers who want to work with us.

What will the Inbound Sales Advisor role involve:

  • Dealing with customer hire sales enquiries in a fast-paced, target driven environment.
  • Up-selling relevant Hire products and Training services.
  • Generating Hire contracts and arranging equipment to be delivered to site via depot.
  • Updating account files on our in-house systems.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with our customers.
