We supply all types of customers in all types of business, specialising in many types of equipment, including; plant and machinery to the construction and industrial sectors. A large fleet of delivery vehicles are able to supply almost any type of equipment that is requested.
We are looking for a Workshop Administrator to work in our Blackpool Whitegate Drive Depot. You will work alongside the Service Manager and assist by doing the following:
- Booking in parts, allocating to workshop jobs/staff.
- Creating Purchase orders on our system.
- Liaising with suppliers on parts availability and costings.
- Allocating workshop jobs to the depot team.
- Reviewing emails and implementing any required actions.
- Warranty Claims.
- Instigating routines stock checks and conclusion of results.
- Point of contact for workshop enquiries.
- Creating reports on workshop performances.
- Working closely with the Service Manager.
- Basic Excel experience would be preferred.
As a Workshop Administrator you must have the following:
- Be able to prioritise workshop load.
- Being calm under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent IT skills.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
