Within your email please include as much information as possible with regards to your query, such as model numbers or order number if applicable. Also be sure to include your phone number and email address – where necessary we will call or email you. We will respond to you as swiftly as possible.

• If you are looking to chase an order confirmation please check your junk / spam box before emailing us as sometimes these confirmations land in Junk

• If you are looking to confirm a delivery confirmation, please be assured that we are working hard to get items out as quickly as possible. Please note that orders will only be processed Mon-Fri, so if you place your order over the weekend, it will not be processed until the next working day. If we expect to fall out side of our standard delivery terms for any reason please be assured that we will contact you. (Please note some items may still running behind their usual time scales)

Monday – Friday – 8.00am – 5.00pm
Saturday & Bank Holidays – 8.00am – 12.00pm
Sundays – Closed

For those wishing to collect, orders can be placed online using the CLICK AND COLLECT option within the checkout. When you order is received our team will process the order and get this ready for collection, we will then call / email you to confirm when the goods are ready to collect. *Please ensure that you await confirmation that your order is ready to collect before arriving at your chosen depot.
