Smiths Hire Go Karting!

Our BDM, Sean McGow challenged some of his customers to a Go Karting tournament this week at TeamSport in Bamber Bridge. 

50 of his valued customers, split into 13 teams, competed for the bragging rights and there was a very competitive spirit from some of the competitors hoping to take home the 1st place trophy!

There was some close competition (as well as some black flags raised) throughout the tournament but Team Smiths Hire prevailed and somewhat unpopularly brought home the top prize! The Smiths team consisted of owner, David Smith along with BDM, Sean McGow, Key Accounts Coordinator, Chris Hall and Whitegate depot Service Engineer, Matt Smith.

Sean had the following to say about the event “The feedback from the customers has been excellent, everyone had a great time and are looking forward to doing it again next year! I’d like to say a big thank you to our owners, David & Thomas for agreeing the event and to David Turner, our Marketing Director for helping with the organisation”
