The main purpose of the role is to prepare quotations, pricing documents and other administrative tasks for the sales team. The role will include extensive daily use of Excel, reports and other inhouse systems so accuracy is key.
Working in our head office sales department in Blackpool we require an articulate person who will contribute to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain all administration relating to client pricing structures.
- Handle all general queries relating to customer pricing structures.
- Support the external sales team with admin related tasks.
- Prepare quotations for the sales team and customers.
- Assess individual client pricing, organise and review liaising with the sales team and the client.
- Liaise with third parties for data and pricing requests and updates.
- Assist other team members if required to ensure all client deadlines are met.
Essential to the role:
- You should be someone who enjoys working with data.
- Good telephone manner and skills.
- Good level of expertise with Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and completing work on time.
- Well organised and enjoys supporting others.
- Strong team player.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
