Smiths Hire announce the acquisition of Formby Tool Hire

The Smiths Hire senior team are excited to announce the acquisition of Formby Tool Hire, and subsequently two new locations to add to our growing list of Hire it Centres.

This bolt-on acquisition is part of our ongoing commitment to grow our business and offers our valued clients the benefits of additional regional coverage across the Merseyside area with two new depots in both Formby and Southport. The work begins to rebrand the two depots into Smiths Hire It Centres over the coming months.
