We have an exciting opportunity at our Blackpool Head Office for a Digital Marketing Executive who is a hands-on, responsible for executing an organisation’s online promotional strategies to attract and convert customers. This position offers significant career development, often serving as a gateway to senior leadership roles such as Digital Marketing Manager or Head of Digital.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Planning and launching multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising (PPC).
  • Content Management: Creating, editing, and uploading high-quality copy and visuals for websites and social platforms, often using Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • SEO & SEM: Optimising website content for search engines to drive organic traffic and managing paid search budgets.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitoring key metrics (e.g., ROI, CTR) using tools like Google Analytics to provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.
  • Lead Generation: Developing strategies to identify new customer bases and nurture them through the sales funnel.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Analytical Mindset: The ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear reports for stakeholders.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for content creation and collaborating with internal teams or external agencies.
  • Adaptability: Staying current with rapidly changing digital trends and emerging platforms.

Working hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

Company Benefits include:

  • Salary: £30,000 – £40,000
