Your feedback is important to us. With this in mind, Smiths Hire recently invested in a bit of survey marketing – to find out how you, our customers think we’re doing.
The survey covered general topics about how happy with the customer service and equipment the recipient was including questions such as, how they thought they could improve the service and if they’d be happy to recommend us to a friend.
Sent to 1OOO’s of our customers picked at various sizes and hire levels to accurately represent the broadest possible customer range. The results were extremely positive. Out of 1000 customers surveyed, a massive 92% recipients said they would recommend our service to a friend!
The feedback was overwhelming and provoked a very positive reaction from Joint Managing Director David Smith who had this to say:
