Above & Beyond receives a new badge of honour!

Since the launch of our new Employee Reward scheme – Above & Beyond, in September 2021, we are proud to hear about the endeavours of our fellow colleagues both in and out of the workplace. It’s clear that we truly have some commendable team members who embody the values of the Above & Beyond ethos – Helpful, positive and enthusiastic to name but a few.

To date we have seen 56 individual team members nominated, with 9 lucky winners receiving the winning gift voucher. With the quality of the nominations, any of the 56 nominees would have made worthy winners (which is exactly why the winners are chosen at random as it’s too difficult to pick just one winner!) We have also celebrated 2 winning depots in our Quarterly Depot Team award too.

In celebration of the achievements of the nominees we have decided to add a new facet to the award scheme!  As an additional token of our appreciation, each nominee will now be awarded with a beautiful enamel pin badge in a presentation box. Meaning that nominees can then proudly wear or display their badge as an outward reflection of their having gone Above & Beyond for either their team, company or local community!

So, keep up the good deeds and charitable feats and who knows it could be you wearing the new Above & Beyond pin badge very soon!
