The successful candidate will have experience in HR and general business administration.
You will be versatile enough to assist with general administration tasks and cover for other team members when required.
- Preparing New Starter Induction documents and conducting Inductions.
- Administration of employment information.
- Maintaining and updating staff timesheets and holiday records.
- Assisting in Absence Monitoring.
- Advising management regarding HR queries ensuring the correct information is given regarding employment law.
- Implementation of policies and procedures.
- Taking minutes at formal HR Meetings.
- Giving advice to employees on all issues relating to their employment.
- Support HR Manager with the preparation and delivery of internal and external training.
- Support the Internal Recruiter with administration tasks.
The successful HR Administrator should have:
- Experience working in a HR setting.
- Experienced in all Microsoft packages.
- Experience managing and reporting on timekeeping and attendance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships across departments.
This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday.
